The West Asiatic Moorish Company is a state owned company- the Zionst Temple of 1875 owns 51% of it's shares. It is ne of numerous other state-run companies. It is modeled after a company from the ancient traditions of the Moors and designed after the East Indian Dutch Company.
The WAMC is tasked with advancing the economic well being and security of the Temple, it's members, and investors. It is currently contracted in the business of property management with 9 parcels of land, about 6 acres, with the goal to make the land productive. It is also tasked to grow to be a Property Management Company over 1,000 acres of farmland and businesses.
Anchor Property is the Oasis Community Estate, an 8 Unit Apartment Building on 4 acres of land, with a community garden, chicken coops, green house, and room for growth. In the future it will become an agricultural learning center, a retail center, solar powered, with a fruit tree orchard, collect rain water, train locals and others, supply fresh food to local buyers, restaurants, retail stores, in Dayton, Miami Valley area, to Columbus and Cincinnati markets.
The other parcel sites are Religious Holy sites tied to well-known and international figures that serve as tourist destinations and have symbolic capital. In the future they will attracts visitors from around the world.
