Shabatz Legal Services specializes in assisting clients protect their religious rights during the covid  era and a time of mandatory vaccinations.  As of date, July 2021, some schools and employers are implementing mandatory vaccinations. 

Each state is operating individually, but according to Massachusetts, 197 U.S. 11 (1905) (a United States Supreme Court case) in which the Court upheld the authority of states to enforce compulsory vaccination laws. The Court's decision articulated the view that individual liberty is not absolute and is subject to the police power of the state. 

Based on the current climate, Shabatz Legal Services has developed a strategic plan to "get ahead" of the possible future requirements of "mandatory vaccinations".

Mandatory or required vaccinations traditionally have two exemptions- medical and health. It is up to active citizens and nationals to proclaim and enforce their own rights, and receive vaccination exemption status! 

A Religious Rights Affidavit & Proclamation is used to announce publicly your religion, the rights that you have by "proclaiming" your religion, and the cost of violating your rights.

Also, employers, schools, government institutions, and others can verify your documents with our Clergy members. If your rights are violated you have support in taking legal and lawful action against the offending parties.
